Without Riboflavin the body will have a chance of getting "sore throat, swelling of mucous membranes, mouth or lip sores, anemia, and skin disorders." But, a body being without riboflavin is very rare because riboflavin is vitamin B. There is a big amount of Vitamin B in the country.

On the other hand, if there is too much Riboflavin in your body, there is a chance of birth defects because riboflavin may effect the thyroid gland. The respiratory system plays a big role when consuming Riboflavin.
